PrideCAF is a curated event and, depending on the number of applications we get, we may not be able to offer a table to everyone.
Please let us know by the 14th of June if you can no longer attend PrideCAF and we will refund your table cost. Any cancellation requests after the 14th of June can not be refunded.
Applications close on the 31st of May. You will hear back within a week after closing if your application was successful.
Not at all. We welcome everyone from around the country to apply. Heck, from around the world. There are a number of hotels, hostels and AirBnBs close to Bristol City Centre and The Station.
There are a couple of criteria. You or a member of your group must identify under the LGBTQA+ umbrella. We’ll also be prioritising comic and zine creators over prints and other crafts. LGBTQA+ subjects and/or themes are not required in your comics/zines.
