TRAVEL

By Car – The Station is situation in the new Bristol ClearAir Zone as of November 2022. Check the Bristol Gov website to make sure your vehicle is within the zone emission standards or if you’re required to pay an entry fee. https://www.bristol.gov.uk/residents/streets-travel/bristols-caz/view-a-map

Make your way to the centre of Bristol on the A38. Parking is very limited on the road outside The Station but there are a number of long car parks that are a 5 – 10 minutes walk away. The venue is situated around a one-way system along with roads only accessible to buses so plan your journey.

By Bus – There are a number of bus stops on Nelson Street, Rupert Street, and Union Street within a 5-minute walk from the Station. You can check the First Bus website for more information and to plan your journey https://www.firstbus.co.uk/bristol-bath-and-west

By Train – This has confused a couple of people so I’ll just clear up some misconceptions. The venue being called ‘The Station’ is because it use to be an old fire station and isn’t a part of the train station. Temple Meads is about a 20 – 30 minute walk to the venue. Bus stops are about a 5 minute walk away and can get you close to the venue in 2 to 3 stops. Buses to look out for are the No 1, 2 or 8.

By Coach – Many coaches from major cities including Cardiff, Birmingham, London and Manchester all travel directly to Bristol. National Express arrives and departs at Bristol Coach Station which is about a 5 minute walk away from the venue. Megabus and Stagecoach arrives and departs on Bond Street (outside the back entrance of CEX). This is also a 5 minute walk away from the venue.

Park and Ride – There are 6 different park and rides around the outskirts of Bristol that will take you to Broadmead (The closest stop for the Station) Check the TravelWest website for further information and to plan your journey. https://travelwest.info/park-ride/
